Verified Vector ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Bill Rice Strategy Group (BRC LLC d/b/a Bill Rice Strategy Group). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit verifiedvector.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Information you provide

• Intake / application form: the name, email, company URL, role, traffic, and challenge details you submit when you apply to work with us.
• Newsletter (The Brief): your email address when you subscribe. Stored with our email service provider.
• Direct contact: information you include when you email us.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics data: we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, referral source, device type, and approximate (country/city-level) location. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and performance.

In CCPA terms, these fall into the categories of identifiers (name, email, IP address), professional or employment-related information (company, role), and internet or other electronic network activity (browsing data). We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

• Delete personal information we have collected from you

We use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to measure site usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function without them.

Data Retention

We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to evaluate and act on your inquiry and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's default retention period.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for the purposes of sale/sharing). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date.
